Yes they send you on a wild goose chase up and down flights of stairs (if you choose to follow a specific actor) but I experienced no literal running or chaos and was bumped a handful of times just due to the fact that there's a lot of people, no different than you would be watching a parade at Disney. There's many reviews about people being split from their partners, pushed, forced to run. Also, if you go explore on your own pace, sometimes a scene will end up where you are, and you (without chasing anyone) end up right smack in the front row. There are times where you fall upon a scene when fifty other people are watching and it's hard to see, but there's just as many where it is very intimate. Many people say it's crowded, but I didn't get that feeling until the very very end, and even then (two and a half hours in) I was finding places I hadn't seen before (I honestly think they open up rooms as the night goes on, that you don't have access to off the bat) and witnessing scenes with maybe five other people in the room. I was getting majorly anxious leading up to it, as it seems insanely polarizing - with a large number of people seeming to say "we bailed before it was over." Here's my opinion: The place is great. They do stay pretty secretive about the whole thing so you end up reading a lot of reviews before you go to try to get the lay of the land.
